Thai Boxing
Instructors: Brady & Isaac
A hybrid of Muay Thai, Boxing, and Kickboxing, this class focuses on conditioning, drills, combinations, and sparring. All levels welcome from Beginners to Competitive Fighters.
Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm.

MMA 
Coaches: Isaac, Cayd, Colin & Brady
A sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, from a variety of other combat sports and martial arts. This class is for those who have been training for a while already and are interested in competing.
Class is Wednesdays at 6pm.
